She is also a Registered Trade-mark Agent. Karen assists

research institutes and universities with their intellectual
property concerns, by drawing on her extensive experience
in the contractual aspects of intellectual property,
including the review, negotiation and drafting of Material
Transfer Agreements, Research Agreements, Licenses and
Settlement Agreements and review of firm contracts.
